General rules: (link to album of items will be in comments)
We start taking items Sunday, November 3, 10 per household.
Additional parking on the side of the liquor store. Please do not park directly in front of our neighbor’s doors.
We will also be live streaming. However, we will not mail the games, they will be held for pickup.
*We take no responsibility for item quality.* Sorry folks. It’s an auction.
Bidding will start at 11:30am, doors open at 11am so you can look at everything.
This is a great way to turn games you no longer play into new games! It is also a way to get access to games you have been looking for but are out of print.
We will start accepting consignments Sunday, November 3, 2024. The item sheet is listed in the discussion section of this event. You will need to fill one out *completely* for each item or grouping. You will be required to provide starting bid, your name, phone number and name of the item along with a disclaimer on quality. (Please note any missing or damaged pieces or materials in this section!).
We will be limiting each household to 10 items and the event will cap at 250 items. We will open it to more items per family if we get closer to time and have not met our total. If you have questions, please contact us.
We reserve the right to reject any item submitted to the auction for *any* reason.
We will be taking pictures and posting them to our Facebook page as time permits. The plan is to post all, but leaving leeway because people are rules lawyers.
All items must be paid for in full by the end of the auction on Saturday, Nov 16 or they will be returned to their original owner.
A gift card to Peculiar Games and Hobbies will be made out to the sellers, by Sunday, Nov 17. It will take us time to tabulate the earnings. Sorry. People tend not to pay until the end and there is a large number of items to track.
Items left in the shop for longer than 2 weeks after the auction will be donated to a local charity. So, December 1, anything left goes to a good cause.
